In accordance with the public transparency disclosure requirement, Providence Administrative Services, Inc. has released machine-readable files (MRF) containing information from the following networks:

• Cigna – Out of Network

Given our primary data source is from our network providers, expected on July 1st, we are working diligently to gather those MRFs as soon as they are available.
