Ning is a Certified Dental Assistant. She was born and raised in the Philippines. She earned her Associate Degree and Dental Degree in Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines. When she moved to the US, she has worked in dental offices in Maryland, Washington D.C. and California for more than 20 years. Ning is proud and happy to be part of Dr. Russell Phillip’s outstanding team. She enjoys her role in the office as clinical assistant and has extensive knowledge in Dentistry.
